TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit:
A minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is payable at time of order. Balance amount is to be made upon delivery. In the event of partial delivery, pro-rata payment is to be made.
Delivery:
6-12 weeks for Chinese furniture and 10-14 weeks for Teakwood furniture after date of receipt of deposit.
Cancellation:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. While every care will be taken to meet custom-made furniture specification, WOODY ANTIQUE HOUSE shall not be held responsible for any cancellation based on design of furniture required by customer and minor wood flaws (e.g. old crack lines or minor wood filling as some custom-made furniture are made from old wood). All Goods Sold Are Not Returnable, Refundable or Exchangeable.
